## \[book] Student Council Statutes
|

The Student Council adopted its own statutes in its meeting on `22.01.2019` in accordance with § 10 of the Basic Statutes of the Student Body with a two-thirds majority of the members. They came into effect after the approving acknowledgment by the management of the StuRa on `28.01.2019`.

|
The student council statutes regulate in particular the organs of the student council as well as the composition, meetings, and resolutions of the student council.

|
The Basic Statutes of the Student Body at TU Dresden regulate the fundamental structures and tasks of student self-administration. They form the legal basis for all student council statutes and specify in particular how the Student Council (StuRa) and the student councils are organized, which committees exist, and how decision-making processes work.
